Our on-shore excursion was a tour of Mayan ruins in Tulum and a trip to Xel-Ha (shell-ha), it means mix of waters. Xel-Ha was an ancient Mayan water park that was still intact but slightly modernized. It is a place where the Caribbean ocean mixes with a fresh water spring.
