Here we all are with sparklers in the drive way.

Isaac was too little to enjoy his first Fourth of July but he enjoyed this one. The fireworks
didn't even make him cry.
|
For Labor day we went to Bandera, TX to visit Autumn's mom and step-dad. Here we ran into a
christian pony. The hair was turned white by some kind of freeze brand that doesn't hurt the pony.
|
We introduced Isaac to this critter before we put him on. Here dad has to help him hold the rope.
Isaac thought it was like the water hose and kept shaking it to see what it would do.
What it did was made the pony want to take a gallop.

Here's our little cowboy. He was afraid and cried a little when we first put him on but then
he liked it. Now when ever he sees a horse in one of his books he's quick to point and say, "dat."

Here's Isaac on the Bandera mascot, a long-horn named Oreo.
|
Here's Isaac with some cool Native Americans we met at an inter-tribal pow-wow that same
weekend in Bandera. Isaac really liked the brightly colored outfits, especially the ones
with all the feathers.

In the center is a drum-circle. They invited all the kids to go dance around them.
Grandma Vernene is helping Isaac around.
